Five Seas by Inwood Hotels

1. Requested deposit 

Most of the hotels are requesting a 3-night minimum stay. Please see our website or consult us for more details.

Deposit required is corresponding to the total room night prepayment and must be done at time of booking.  Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the payment. 

A 2% administrative fee will apply to all payments. This fee is non-refundable.


All payments sent to bnetwork must imperatively be received before November 15th in order to be transferred to the hotel on time.


2. Modifications and cancellation policy

Names changes are without restriction. Amendments can be made through the website  on "My Account" function at www.iltm.bnetwork.com or shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via e-mail. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability. Changes are free of charge.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via e-mail. Cancellations will be confirmed in 24 hours. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

In case of cancellation, after October 31st, the deposit paid will not be refunded. 

From November 13th onwards, you are committed to pay the full stay of your booking as per the reservation details confirmed to you by bnetwork. In the event of modifications to your reservation (including early departure), your chosen hotel has the right to invoice you for the original number of nights reserved and original room occupancy selected, even if your reservation still exceeds the minimum stay duration. 

 
3. Cancelation of the event 

In case the event is cancelled by the Organizer and/or the authorities, the following conditions will apply: 

·         Until October 31st 2025, included : the full deposit paid by the guest will be reported to the next edition.

·         Between November 1st and November 18th 2025, included: 20% penalty fees based on the deposit paid and 80% reported to the next edition. 

·         From November 19th 2025, included: 40% penalty fees based on the deposit paid and 60% reported to the next edition. 
 

4. Accommodation invoicing process 

• bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations. 

• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant hotel(s).

• bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the rooms reserved for you and the amount to be paid to confirm them.

• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full deposit but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your hotel before departure.
