1. Requested deposit
Most of the hotels request a 3-night minimum stay. Please see our website or consult us for more details.
Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been received by bnetwork.
The deposit to be paid corresponds to the total amount of all the nights booked. Full payment of the nights booked is requested to get confirmation.
Payment deadline before cancellation your reservation:
• Until October 01st 2026, included: within 10 working days
• From October 02nd to October 30th, 2026, included: within 5 working days
• From October 31st to November 23rd, 2026, included: within 2 days
• From November 24th, 2026: within 24 hours
If your payment is not received within the given schedule, your option will be automatically cancelled.
Full prepayment of the reservation: you can also proceed to the full payment of your reservations including breakfasts and local taxes directly with bnetwork. For that, bnetwork must receive this information upon reservation.
Administrative fees corresponding to 2% of the requested amount will be levied on any financial transaction. These fees are non-refundable.
2. Modifications and cancellation policy
Names changes are without restriction. Amendments can be made through the website on "My Account" function at www.iltm.bnetwork.com or shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via e-mail. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability. Changes are free of charge.
Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via e-mail. Cancellations will be confirmed in 24 hours. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.
For all cancellations made until August 17th, included, no cancellation charges will be applied
For all cancellations made from August 18th until September 30th, included, one (1) night will be charged per room cancelled and the balance refunded (net of administrative fees)
For cancellations made between October 01st and October 30th, 2026, included, two (2) nights will be charged per room cancelled and the balance will be refunded (net of administrative fees)
For all cancellations made between October 31st and November 23rd, 2026, included, three (3) nights will be charged per room cancelled and the balance will be refunded (net of administrative fees)
From November 24th, 2026, included, the full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation or shortened stay.
3. Cancellation of the event
In case the event is cancelled by the Organizer and/or the authorities, the following conditions will apply:
· Until October 30th 2026, included : the full deposit paid by the guest will be reported to the next edition.
· Between October 31st and November 17th 2026, included: 20% penalty fees based on the deposit paid and 80% reported to the next edition.
· From November 18th, 2026, included: 40% penalty fees based on the deposit paid and 60% reported to the next edition.
4. Accommodation invoicing process
• bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant hotel(s).
• bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the rooms reserved for you and the amount to be paid to confirm them.
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full deposit but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your hotel before departure.
5. Apartments and Villas reservations for ILTM 2026
Each estate agencies applies its own terms and conditions concerning payments, cancellation policy, etc…Please kindly ensure you take note of all the rules before booking your accommodation.
For any apartment booking, please note that the required deposit corresponds to the full stay amount.

Until September 11th included, you can cancel without penalty 20% of your reservations. A one-night penalty per room cancelled will be applied for each reservation cancelled beyond the 20% limit.
From September 12th to October 30th included, you can cancel without penalty 10% of your reservations. The full stay will be invoiced for each reservation cancelled beyond the 10% limit.
From October 31st, the deposit paid will not be refunded nor transferred in case of cancellation and the full stay reserved will be invoiced.
